【駐車場付きシェアハウス】|coagari |大阪府門真市

Coagari Kadoma is a share house consisting of two buildings: a North Building and a South Building. Each building has its own living room, kitchen, and shared facilities, which is quite rare for a small-scale share house. This layout provides residents with plenty of open and flexible spaces where they can live freely and comfortably.
The property also features a private, enclosed garden that is completely shielded from outside view, along with a parking area and a traditional storehouse. For some residents, these spaces become an atelier; for others, they serve as an outdoor living area. Whether you want to work on a project, read a book, or enjoy remote work, there are many places to suit your mood.
Although this is a share house, it is natural to want time alone outside of your private room from time to time. Coagari Kadoma is designed to let you enjoy shared living while also providing plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge in your own way, with well-balanced spaces for both community and personal time.

Features of coagari

A Multigenerational and Multicultural Living Environment

Located near an international university, this share house attracts residents from many different countries. In addition to Japanese residents, there are many international students and people from overseas, allowing for natural and everyday cross-cultural interaction.
Another distinctive feature is the presence of spaces rarely found in typical share houses, such as a garden and a parking area. These extra spaces make it easy for people of different ages and backgrounds to gather, creating a diverse, multigenerational community.

Garden and Parking

This share house offers on-site parking, which is rare in Osaka. There is space to park four or more cars right next to the house, as well as a spacious garden. The garden is perfect for hanging laundry comfortably, and on hot days, residents can enjoy BBQs or even set up a small pool.
It’s a lifestyle of comfort and freedom that is difficult to experience when living alone, allowing residents to enjoy a truly relaxed and luxurious way of living.
