Located in the heart of Neyagawa City’s downtown area, K HOUSE Kadoma is a share house just a 3-minute walk from Kayashima Station on the Keihan Main Line — offering easy access to both Osaka and Kyoto.
This property was originally built in the style of a Sukiya-zukuri residence, an elegant form of traditional Japanese architecture inspired by the tea ceremony.
It has been fully renovated by TE-CON Architects, a first-class architectural office, to combine comfort with the refined beauty of traditional design.
Each of the five rooms comes fully furnished with its own refrigerator and washbasin, making morning routines smooth and stress-free.
Shared facilities include two toilets, one shower booth, a full bathroom with bathtub, and a cozy common area with tatami and table seating.
Outdoors, residents can enjoy a footbath garden and a small orchard with citrus trees, olives, and blueberries — perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The share house is managed on-site by an architect couple who ensure everything runs smoothly and comfortably.
