Hirakata City Station, the nearest station, is a limited-express stop on the Keihan Main Line and is located perfectly between Osaka and Kyoto. The owner of this property is green Architecture Workshop, a renovation company based in Hirakata City. Just as people naturally gather under a large tree, we aim to create places where people naturally want to come together. Through connections between people, emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, and compassion are nurtured. In an age overflowing with material goods, we believe it is increasingly important to value not material wealth, but emotional and spiritual richness. By creating spaces where human connections can grow, we hope to cultivate new culture and values needed for the future.
At sumica+, this is a home where you can live calmly and comfortably—but it is more than just a place to live. We aim for a lifestyle where each person gains something extra from their time here. The garage can be used as an atelier, the spacious garden is perfect for home gardening or relaxing in the sun, and the backyard can become an outdoor living space. These are generous, flexible spaces that cannot be experienced in a typical one-room apartment—spaces you can shape in your own way.
This is a highly flexible share house where, through events,交流, learning, and play, we hope to support you in growing even just a little by the time you move out. With this wish in mind, we created a large, symbolic “tree” called sumica+ Hirakata, where people can gather, connect, and grow together.
