  • Room 102 is equipped with its own private entrance and private toilet, making it suitable for tenant use. An esthetic salon is currently in operation in this room.
  • The common service fee includes electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, regular cleaning of shared areas, and the cost of shared amenities.
  • A cleaning fee of ¥15,000 is required upon move-out. If the used areas are properly cleaned before departure, the fee will be reduced by ¥5,000.
  • For move-outs within less than four months, an additional charge equivalent to one month’s rent will apply.
