HBP Kadoma (Happy Beans Place Kadoma) is a share house newly built in September 2017. It is designed to remain comfortable even with a large number of residents, and its relatively new construction ensures a clean and well-maintained living environment.
The house features well-equipped water facilities and a wide variety of shared spaces, including a spacious living room of over 20 tatami mats, an outdoor living area, and a rooftop balcony. Located near Osaka International University, it offers an ideal setting for interaction among a diverse group of residents, including Japanese locals and international students.
With a total of 14 private rooms, it is one of the largest international share houses in the area, successfully balancing comfortable private living with lively and social shared spaces. The location also provides convenient access to nearby stations and central Osaka, making daily life and commuting easy.

- Living Room: A spacious and comfortable area where everyone can gather, featuring large shared tables and sofa seating that encourage interaction.
- Wood Deck Terrace: Located just outside the living room windows, the wood deck offers a relaxing space perfect for sunbathing and unwinding.
- Shower Rooms: Four shower rooms in total (two for men and two for women).

- Rooftop Terrace: Includes a covered drying area as well as an open, airy terrace space.

This share house consists of 14 private rooms in total—7 for women and 7 for men. The second floor is designated as the men’s floor, while the third floor is reserved for women.
Each of these floors is equipped with a large shared wash area and toilets, and all shower rooms and toilets are clearly separated by gender. This layout ensures privacy and allows residents to live comfortably and with peace of mind.

- The second floor (Rooms 2-A to 2-G) is for male residents only, while the third floor (Rooms 3-A to 3-G) is for female residents only.
- A cleaning fee of ¥15,000 is required upon move-out. If the used areas are properly cleaned before departure, the fee will be reduced by ¥5,000.
- For move-outs within less than four months, an additional charge equivalent to one month’s rent will apply.
